Japan's Edith Piaf

Edith Piaf is known worldwide as one of France's legendary entertainers, but Japan's hottest up-and-coming crooner, Nanako Suzuki, is only now making waves outside her native country. Here she is taking passion to a fever pitch in a riveting performance that you won't soon forget.

Make it stop, make it stop! I think all of the dogs in my neighborhood just went into heat.

Damn. That physically hurt....a bunch!

getto and clash: I don't know if you guys actually made it all the way through, but if not, and if you were thinking that it couldn't get any worse, you'd be quite wrong about that.

What you have done to your loyal readers is far worse than what went on in Abu Ghraib. Shame on you sleekpelt, we good people, what got into you?

josh: I have enough faith that my readers will recover, pal. Things were starting to feel a bit numb over here, and we can't have that on this blog, now can we? Plus, I already slammed KISS in a previous post, so that idea was already spent.

Sleeky- post anything like this again and I might have to mark it as "objectionable content."

getto and spooge: Don't you think you're being a bit hard on the poor girl? While I agree that her singing could use a little work, her hand motions and facial expressions are as professional as can be. Spooge, you could learn something from this girl.

There is obviously a cultural gulf between us and Japan that prevents us boorish Americans from fully ppreciating the delicate beauty of that performance. I realize that, to us, it just sounded like a big steaming pile of aural shit, but we are obviously mistaken.

You showed great courage and openness of mind in posting this tripe, mate.

I would expect nothing less, and I enjoyed every second of the few that I could stand. :)

zee: Judging from the look on the face of the girl beside Nanako, I'd say the steaming pile of aural shitness of this is quite international.

winters: I knew I could count on you to understand, mate. And besides, as we know, the sweet is never as sweet without the sour. Doesn't the real Edith even better than usual now?
