    I sometimes hear that the Yeah Yeah Yeahs are a love/hate group depending on your tastes, but I'm sold on this.

    I think their new EP (Is Is) is very good, and you can listen to all five songs and some others here.

    dalyn: Radiohead is the best band in the world. I'm hooked on the second CD on In Rainbows right now. I love "15 Step" as well. Supergrass? Of course! Remember the puppet video? It's impossible to go wrong with The Clash. Impossible. Gang of Four I've heard of, but they're new to me. This song sounds a bit like a cross between the Clash and The Strokes (at least the bass line). Blur freaking rules. Rules. Great suggestions from you this week, Dalyn!

    Hello. Once again I'm responding to this thing way too late, but it's a little frantic in the orchidhunter's world of late. Hope you'll appreciate some new tunes for the middle of the week...

    Lenny Kravitz Bring It On - I saw him last night at the Paramount in Denver. The man is a god!

    Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds Dig, Lazarus Dig!!! - Seems like Nick's elected to keep his signature Grinderman 'tache.

    Goldfrapp A&E - Always inventive, this time they've handed in the sequins, but luckily not the sequencers.

    Orchid, you brought back some good memories of my youth. Two of my favorite shows at the Paramount were Big Head Todd and the Monsters one New Years Eve, and The Thompson Twins when I was in high school. Thanks!

    teoh: Hello, Teoh. I've been busy too. I'm not a big Kravitz fan these days, and that song didn't do anything for me. Nick Cave, now that's pretty crazy. I've heard of this guy a lot but I haven't heard much of his music. Sorta noveltyish, but I like it. Goldfrappe -- man, that video is extremely cool. I think you suggested Goldfrappe once before and I liked.
