FYI, all, Patti Smith makes for an awesome Pandora station. Other artists on that station: Liz Phair, Concrete Blonde, Frente, and more good stuff I've never heard of.
Thanks to the Patti Smith channel, I've found the great band Victory at Sea. The song "Cecile" is exceptional, but unfortunately it's not on their MySpace page. There are some other songs on there worth listening to, if anyone's interested. (Kara, try these guys out.)
I haven't listened to too much of her stuff, but she is being inducted to the R&R Hall of Fame.
